Guitar Me *Self-portrait! :)
Alex Richman *A portrait of singer/musician/composer (and gourmande extraordinaire!) Alex Richman.
Like, BeatFront Cover & Disc, Back Cover, and 45-RPM Single Jill Bell's imaginary retro beatnik-style, long-play phonograph album (LP), along with the hit single "You Don't Make The Scene, Daddy-O". NOTE: Check out the Digital Art featuring Jill Bell section for many additional pieces with Jill!
How Peacefully the Trees *The latest chart-topper from Jill Bell — now available on imaginary compact disc at this virtual location only!
Artwork for the inside of the booklet for How Peacefully the Trees. This photo, I know, seems totally out of place here in this context. I'd been printing off a copy of the booklet to put in a CD of stuff I'd burned for Jill, and just wanted something to put inside the booklet and so I initially just threw something simple together, using that pic... but then I just kept having more and more fun with it, and so, even as out of place as it seems, this is what I came up with! NOTE: Check out the Digital Art featuring Jill Bell section for many additional pieces with Jill!
The Soft Machine *Nothing overly spectacular or difficult about this piece (as far as digital art goes), I suppose, but just a very appreciative little tribute to one of my favourite ol' bands, which I did up essentially for all my Napster buddies and fellow Soft Machine / Robert Wyatt fans.
Cristina Donà *A portrait of the awesomely talented Italian artist Cristina Donà and her band. Ciao Cristina e tutti! ;)
Max Webster *High cats on a borrowed moon! Max Lobster, er, Webster was one of my favourite bands back in my teenage years — and, ugh, one of the only decent bands to come out of those 1970s! :P -- and their music still stands the test of time! I'd put their High Class album easily in a top 100 list of all-time greatest rock albums, for sure! Slap this one on your desktop — and don't forget to bring along some Alka-Seltzer, Tang, and a 50! |
